The cover was the first thing that caught my eye. I've always been drawn to moody, mystical, and mysterious. This one checked all the boxes. The premise of the book seems unique, cerebral with a hint of horror maybe? And that last line of "Is he responsible for his father's death?" obviously hooks you.
