A very intriguing start to a story. There seem to be many layers to the main character Cohen, which makes for a great character. And so far I enjoyed the back and forth between the present and the past.
I also love the cover. It doesn't immediately say "hey I'm a mysterious story about secrets and death and stuff," which I like about it.
