I saw the cover, read the summary and I was so excited about the first look. First page in and I wanted to smack my tablet. I get it. Books MUST (for some reason) have oddly extended descriptions to fill pages. Sometimes, I even enjoy it. But this book is just taking it too far. Like, "his heels had no more than lightened its weight on the earth"? What the hell is that? Yeah no thank you. This one is a pass. I can't imagine a book full of that roservice tinted prose *gags*
