Without knowing what this book is about, the cover of the book can elude a warm and calm feeling. It initially reminded me of the soft glow of canldes in windows on a wintery night. However, after reading the exerpt and looking at the cover again, my feelings have gone from warm and calm to eerie and tense.
I absolutely must continue reading this book!! The story was intriguing and had me begging for answers right from page one. I need to know more about Cohen.
He is our narrator and it feels as if we are getting to know him very intimately, but there is awkward mysteriousness about him that I want/need to explore. It didn't take much to hook me in. Looking forward to seeing where this goes.
