There is absolutely nothing wrong with this well-written story, but it’s not the type of story that interests me. I didn’t feel pulled in as I read the descriptive first look, but I suspected that would be the case after reading the synopsis. I’m sure the author has created a compelling narrative that will appeal to the right reader.
