The synopsis of this book sounded interesting but as I read the first look it really makes me wonder if the story in Germany and Kenya will actually come together at some point or if they will just be parallel stories taking place during the same time. It felt a little disjointed for me going back and forth and I just couldn’t get into the dialogue. This one just wasn’t for me.
