I just couldn't get into this one. I do like the occasional thriller - although not usually war thrillers - but this one just didn't grab me. I didn't find the characters particularly appealing. I also found the writing to be a bit dense. I was expecting it to move at a different pace I guess, and I found myself a little bit disappointed. Just not a read for me.
