I love Star Wars, but I've never read any of the books until Lando's Luck. Just the thought of the Millennium Falcon makes me feel nostalgic for the original Star Wars trilogy. Although Lando's name is in the title, I loved that the story focused on Princess Rinetta, a brave young girl trying to do the right thing by returning the Solstice Globe to its rightful owner. She escapes her guards and sneaks aboard the Millennium Falcon to convince Lando to help her. Lando's Luck was exciting and fast-paced, and included a number of likable characters. Aside from Rinetta, my favorite was L3-37, who brought a lot of humor to the story. I also loved the illustrations and they really added to the immersion into the Star Wars galaxy. I'll definitely give some other Star Wars books a try!
