I was so excited to see that Lando is getting his own story! Lando was by far one of my favorite characters in the new Solo movie. The first look into this book focuses on two traits that Lando is well known for in the movie, gambling and smuggling. He's in the midst of gambling when a bounty hunter comes in looking for him because he has smuggled purple glandis flower juice onto the planet. Typical Lando! I feel like someone reading in the middle grade genre would easily find this book to be engaging and interesting. The cover is stunning. Very bright and eye-catching.
