I LOVED everything about this book. Stella was an exciting character who was multidimensional, fun and realistic. Hoang uses personal experiences to develop her story and it was so lovable. I devoured this book. It was an effortless mix of plot development and steaminess without pushing it too far. I love a good contemporary and this is one that only took me a couple hours to get through. Witty and charming, Hoang made it easy for readers to connect with her story and her characters. These types of stories are sometimes labeled as predictable which can be true in terms of romance, and even with this pressure, Hoang delivered a fresh and exciting take on falling in love. This was such a beautiful story and Michael was heartthrob for sure. Swoon!
