I have now read this book twice and it was one of my favorite go to reads when I want to read a super sweet romance. I have an unhealthy addiction to books that pull at my heartstrings and this book definitely applies. The book centers around the protagonist, Stella, who struggles to make social connections and decisions because she has autism. She enlists in the help of the love interest to help her learn how to be in a relationship.

Both characters struggle with feelings of self-worth and once they do fall for each other, they decide that they do not deserve each other. While this communication trope typically tends to annoy me, it is done in such a way that maintains the sweetness of the relationship.

The writing in this book is well done and easy to follow, and it also handles tough subjects very well. There could definitely be an argument made that this book and series tend to romanticize autism, but I also think that it adds more diversity to romance characters.
