A super swoony and steamy romance with diverse characters. I loved that this was an own voices novel about a woman with autism, and the love interest was half Vietnamese, and that his family life was shown so much in the novel. Michael and Stella come from very different backgrounds but go so perfectly together, you just can't stop rooting for them. Michael works as an escort as a means to an end and Stella is trying to find someone who will understand that she is very different from most people, and Michael is very understanding of who Stella is. The supporting characters were also wonderful! The book has been described as a gender-reversed Pretty Woman and that is a pretty spot on description.
