Wow, I was pleasantly surprised with this book. It is sexy, funny, has an interesting story, and most importantly two main characters that are intelligent and likable. Stella is a great character and I loved her right from the beginning. What I liked about her the most was the fact that she didn't wait for things to happen to her, she went out and worked for what she wanted. Stella knew she had problems relating with people and opening up to others so she hired an escort, Michael, to help her to learn how to respond better to men. The author really took the time to show us about Michael's life, his problems, and his interests so the reader feels a genuine connection to both characters. I could have lived without so many steamy scenes, but the story is wonderful and the characters are great. I will definitely be reading more from this author.
