I absolutely loved this book. I thought her writing style was good and it made me want to continue reading. I loved the introduction of a women in STEM as the main character. I love how she was a bit awkward and she blossomed throughout the book. I loved how Michael was so respectful of her even though he was just hired as an “escort” to teach her how to date. I love how he never put her down for her social issues and instead helped her through it and loved her for it. I think this is probably the first book I’ve read where the main character has Autism of any kind AND she was a woman in STEM?
Another thing about this book is that it was just so spicy. I didn’t expect it going in but it was also my first introduction to a really spicy book and let me tell you I loved it. I would read absolutely anything by Helen Hoang after reading this book and I definitely will
