I went into this book absolutely loving the fact that I got the first look at it and I even ended up liking the beginning of it.
But then, as time went on, I began to dislike it a little more to my dismay.
I had quite a few issues with the way autism was displayed even though I know that the book is written with #ownvoices. I feel like a lot of it was overplayed and the parts about date rape with no warning spoiled a lot of it for me.
I couldn't find any trigger warning in the synopsis or even on Goodreads. I feel as if all books should have trigger warnings for subject matters like rape or suicide.
I kept seeing people say that this was a heartwarming book and super romantic and good but I'm definitely failing to see that right now.
