The cover totally threw me off. I thought it was going to be poorly written wish fulfillment junk but it is not. Needless to say I am not a fan of the cover. I like the colors but overall it just looks so like cliche chick lit. The writing is so good. The descriptions are intelligent and entertaining. I could see this becoming a movie easily and being a big hit! I would definitely watch it. The main character is entirely relatable. From the first sentence of the book I cared about her. I am sorry I didn’t review this one when it was up for a raffle. Teach me to judge a book by its cover. This is not the type of book I would buy for my students but it’s perfect for a school librarian on summer break!
