I don't typically read romance novels. Actually, let me rephrase that. I have never read a romance novel in my life.....until now. I read an excerpt on a whim and just fell in love with the main character. I found the idea of a character with autism (written by an author with autism) completely intriguing. Then there's the whole "I need to learn sex so I'll hire a make escort because I'm rich and they're clean" concept that just completely sold me. I was hooked from the first chapter because the writing was so fun and engaging. I loved getting to read chapters from his perspective as well. I'm so glad I broke my no romance rule and gave this book a chance. It was such a fun read, and considering this was a debut novel, I think we can expect big things from this author in the future.
