I have read a lot of books that look at different magical worlds and none have grabbed my attention as much as this book did. The whole idea of memories being used as power is one that is really interesting to me and one that I have not seen before.
This story also has a touch of the traditional story of a hero with a heart of gold and with it mixed in this magically world really gives it a new feel. I really found myself routing for the characters and finding myself having a hard time putting the book down. It is a book with heart and soul and one that leaves you with wanting more.
