Great debut!
3.5 stars. I really enjoyed this book and following Michael Kingman journey in the few weeks leading up to him earning the title of King Killer. While it was a bit hard to follow at times, and there were a lot of characters, overall, it had a great story and I liked what was happening. I would have liked a little more development of certain characters. The ending felt sort of abrupt and we don't find out about what happened to a lot of the characters who were introduced and seemed to be important. I believe this is the beginning of a series, so maybe that will get worked out in the next book, but I still believe more development and information of the other characters is important to this first part. Along with that, there was a ton of information in the book, which was nice, but the big reveal felt so rushed. It was still a good read and I can't wait for the next installment!
