Based on what I have read of the Kingdom of Liars so far there are a few things that catch my interest. Firstly, the title. It seems odd to think of a Kingdom being created on lies. When you think of a kingdom you generally think of things like honesty, loyalty, and truth shaping a kingdom's values. I'm intrigued to see if the title lives up to the stereotypes people have of what a kingdom means. I think it is interesting that the story is told from the narrator's reflection on this moment in his/her life. I think this reflection helps to draw readers into the story and want to continue reading.

The cover is also interesting because the depiction of the kingdom looks like any other one but the broken pieces creating the moon makes me think more about what actually goes on in this kingdom if the sky is broken.
