Strong start - hopefully for a new fantasy series!

The cover endorsement from Brandon Sanderson alone already makes me want to read this book - he continued one of my favorite series after the author passed away: The Wheel of Time. What description we do get of the world of Hollow is interesting - the shattered moon, magic wielding - that costs memory and a civilization on the verge of rebellion. Michael's actions and dialogue remind me a little bit of Flynn Rider from Tangled. I'll be adding Kingdom of Liars to my growing high fantasy to-read list. Books and authors like this are what sucked me in to fantasy novels.
