I liked how it started with Michael’s death sentence then goes back to tell his story. The world seems very interesting, so far there’s the fabricators who have magic in the shape of lightning strikes. Somehow people’s memories can be taken. And on top of all that, the moon breaks apart and falls to the earth endangering the people! I’m sure there’s more cool magical elements of this world to uncover, and I really want to read what happens next in Michael’s story!
