I liked this a lot
The first sentence of this book takes you in right off the bat. We start off at the murder trial of the king, who Michael Kingman is accused of killing. We then find out his father was executed for murdering the prince earlier in Michael's life. The book is told from Michael's point of view and I'm curious to see what Michael's life was like and what lead up to him standing over the king's body with a gun in his hand.
