Once I finished the first sentence of the prologue I knew I wanted to read this book. The author does a fantastic job of sucking the reader in quickly and leaving them wanting to continue! Additionally, I really enjoyed how quickly the worldbuilding began. I'm very intrigued by the magic system and want to know more.
