This was a delightful read, I really liked how the animals power would come through on the main character. But I wish more animals would've been described in detail. The relationship was a sweet backdrop slowly building throughout the story. The unique world building with the animals was amazing, very cool. Action packed, slow building to the romance, vibrant fantasy world. I took the quiz and found out I was a Charmer which is a person that cares about animals and life in general. My favorite Bestiary is Nezbit, a beautiful rabbit type animal, Laharock mix between an elephant and dragon, super cool. I just wish the book came in hardback but I only had the choice to buy in a small paperback. That's okay I still enjoyed the read very much, and if the book does come back into hardcover I will buy it again. Wonderful book, loved it.
