I really enjoyed this book. I liked how each chapter it talked about the main characters and how they were feeling along the journey. I loved the descriptions of the charmers animals. The book reminded me of assassins creed and a mixture of pokemon. Charmers can call out there beasts to help them defend and fight but the charmer also loses strength and need to regain their strength by resting. Each beast had a special uniqueness to them and each beast was classified and high beasts or low beasts. Its was a great love story too between Leena and Noc. But Noc must finish what he was asked to do. The book was a little slow in the beginning but I quickly was able to start to enjoy it later on in the book.
