At first I was not at all interested in this book because of the cover art. Since I am not usually a fan of science fiction, it turned me off. After reading the excerpt provided though, I changed my mind. It seems like a compelling story. Change the cover art to be less sci-fi if you want to draw from a larger group of readers.
