Interesting Premise and a Fast Paced Fantasy
The first thing that popped out to me honestly was the cover. The bright colors and imagery immediately made me want to check out an excerpt from this novel.
I am not really a first-person narrator type of reader, I usually like third person but there is something about Leena that really interests me. Maybe because I am also the parent of a fur child something hit a chord with me about the premise of this book, giving up your beasts for a second chance at life.
based on what I read I am excited to see the direction this novel and potential series ends up taking. For right now, however, I am optimistic that Kingdom of Exiles is going to be one hell of a ride.
