I really liked the concept.
The "charmer" felt like a new take on J.K Rowlings Fantastic Beasts, and the undead bounty hunter "Cruor" was also so interesting I want to find out more about both sides to this world! The cover was exactly how I pictured Leena. She seemed like a super smart main character, female characters that can stand on their own are always great.
I enjoyed the duel perspectives and the simmering tension between Noc and Leena, and didn't mind the slower pacing in the beginning.
