This is a story of magic and beasts, life and death. Deals made in a bar, dark shadows, coming to life, danger and darkness follow a young women called a charmer. Money exchanged, one of her beasts, alerts her to danger in the bar. She leaves the bar and is followed by an assassin, she must use magic to stay alive. This fantasy includes lots of magic and darkness, looking forward to the rest of the story.
