Fantasy books are my catnip but lately they have felt worn. This fresh debut has put me in the mood again to read fantasy books. I want to know more about Leena and Noc and see the journey they will take. I feel the tension between them and want to explore it. The First Impression also highlighted well flushed out secondary characters which will add to the story.
