I waited until Christmas break to read this book. I wanted to take the time to read it aloud to my little boy. He’s only in the third grade so I knew him reading this alone was a bit out of his reading range. I can honestly tell you he enjoyed listening to the story. The plan is to reintroduce this novel to him in middle school. I’m sure it will bring him back to our time sharing and reading it together.
This novel was a great read and definitely perfect for any middle schooler. The cover is absolutely beautiful.
