Great Middle Grade Adventure

Keynan Masters is an adventurous boy from a co-op set in the future of a dystopian based world who arrives at a new fancy school expecting that nothing new will be gained from his attendance here, however he learns fairly quickly that there is more than meets the eye at Peerless Academy. Partnered with magic & secrets getting revealed, Keynan is also a writer of poetry which I think is a strong character point that sets him apart from many other middle grade "hero" main characters & gives him his own cool niche to develop. He meets good friends, young & school staff alike, who team up to try to solve the increasing challenges at the Academy before it is too late & there is no Academy left to save. There will always be the Harry Potter comparison when dealing in magic & magical schools, but Keynan & his Peerless Pack set a tone of their own bringing their own culture & diversity to a fun paced story.
