Young but not silly

This reads like a dystopian future recovering with magic and technology (obviously for first look we don't get much of the world building, so that impression might be off). So far, while it definitely reads young, with a focus on young characters, it doesn't read silly or frivolous. I think younger and older readers will both enjoy this.
