Well-written, culturally diverse, YA Fantasy Read!

I found "Keynan Masters and the Peerless Magic Crew" by DaVaun Sanders to be well-written and an age-appropriate YA read. Mr. Sanders did a great job of setting up the plot and characters in this culturally diverse novel. As a teacher, I feel that the characters and plot will appeal to upper elementary and middle school students alike. As an adult, the storyline also held my attention. I'm looking forward to seeing how Keynan adjusts to his life at Peerless Academy. What secrets will he and his friends uncover?
