Middle School Fantasy Novel

Although I am not the demographic for this middle school fantasy novel entitled Keynan Masters and the Peerless Magic Crew by DaVaun Sanders, I think middle schoolers will love it! Keynan is a child who attends school online because of the destructive storms that are devastating his neighborhood, leaving his community isolated. The Peerless Academy invites Keynan to attend their “gifted” boarding school, and though initially he is not interested, the persistent, traumatizing storms convince him that by enrolling he may be able to find a solution to this weather crisis. Friends and enemies are made. Magic ensues.
