Fun poetic fantasy

There are more mysteries than answers in the opening chapters of this book. The worldbuilding has a lot of different elements that readers will be eager to learn more about, like the giant storms, the Peerless Academy, and the co-op Keynan grew up in. His love of poetry is expressed in the book's language even when the character isn't writing, with little bits of rhyme and rhythm sprinkled throughout.
