I was leaning more toward 3.5 stars but mostly because it’s just not my cup of tea. And that’s ok. I felt so silly first time I went into this book. In my mind I was convinced it was all true story. However it is not but that doesn’t mean his point of view isn’t valid. It is as bookishfirst says- it’s gritty but makes for an easy read. When I read the beginning where it starts in Zimbabwe Harare Alcatraz prison - prepare your mind. You will be like whoa! And from there forward you should be ready for the rest of the book.
