I’m a huge fan of spy novels. The twists and turns and the imagination. What I love about this book is how different it is. From the perception of the narrator, the internal struggles of a teenager and just trying to survive.
I enjoyed the book so far and I can’t wait to see how the rest turns out! It’s sad how Cristian just wants to be a normal Kid and a simple, innocent “mistake” is turned on him and now he’s forced to do things he doesn’t want to, in order to protect his family.
I’m excited to see where the story takes Me and How Cristian is able to be the spy he needs to be in order to striving in a communist land.
Betraying and lying to those you love the most has to be the most difficult thing. Even if it’s to protect your family. The pain Cristian must be in. Being forced to do something he never wanted to do in the first Place and then lie to your Family and friends.
