I Must Betray You is an unputdownable historical thriller about a little-known period of Eastern European history. This book is set in Romania starting in 1989. I know that I barely learned anything about this time period in school, so I am excited to learn more about this time. From reading the excerpt, I really enjoyed reading the chapters from Cristian's perspective. The book was exciting, hard to put down, and I can't wait to keep reading to find out what happens next!
