I have to admit that I was less than interested when I saw “historical fiction,” but the moment I read the title and laid eyes on the cover art I was drawn like a fly to light. And, as if to seal the deal, this one takes place in Romania, a country I’ve actually been to and hold close to my heart.
I really love the writing style here. There’s an urgency that keeps me wanting to run at a break-neck pace to find out what happens next. I already feel connected to Cristian and invested in his story, and I can’t wait for the release of this novel!
