I found myself captivated by the First Look, and cannot wait to read more. I am intrigued by the perspective of Cristian, who may be young but has faced enough adversity in Romania that he is prepared to enter into what could be considered a deal with the Devil.

Right from the start, I feel connected to Cristian and feel his conflict between being loyal to those he loves while also seeking the opportunity to use his words and his position for the greater good.
