At first I was unsure if I would enjoy this book since I'm not the biggest fan of horror novels. But once I started reading I found myself unable to put the book down. I loved the character development throughout the plot that kept me guessing until the very end. I would definitely recommend this novel for anyone who enjoys a good horror story or for someone who is looking to explore the genre more! With an author this well know its really no surprise that this book is as talentedly written as it is. After reading this book I will definitely spend more time reading and looking into horror and mystery novels that I maybe at one point thought that I would not enjoy. I can't wait to read and become obsessed with the next one of his novels and hope that it can live up to my now high set expectations after reading this book over the last summer when it was published.
