This is definitely going on my list for October reading! I loved how it started off with a flashforward that made me really curious about what happened to get to that point. I'm not a huge fan of slasher movies so I struggled to relate/know some of the references, but I like true crime and appreciated the allusions thrown into the story, making it more realistic and relatable. I also loved the passion the protagonist has for horror flicks as they helped define her character in a unique way.
