The sibling relationship is sweet as she is fighting to get her brother back. Solid world building as well, which was a pleasant surprise for a book at this level. This is perfect for middle grade readers who like the mythical creatures and adventures in books like the Harry Potter or Eragon series. It is a quick paced read for an adult but I enjoyed that and took it as a break from the heavy books I normally pick up. Overall a fun magical adventure book where the heroine has a strong and lovable personality. Recommend for any little bookworms!
