I really wish the first look was longer. I just want to know more now after reading the first 36 pages. It is different how the novel is setup compared to most novels, whereas normally there are just words in a novel, in Hidden Cargo, there are maps and quotes from people like Harriet Tubman and other authors. I cannot wait to see if I receive this book because I am interested in topics like the Civil War and learning more about the history of Cuba and America as well as what was going on during this time.
