Hidden Changes is a historical fiction novel set in the late 1800's on the island of Key West. The cover drew me in and intrigued me to see what it's pages hold. Personally, I love maps at the beginning of a book and this one has three. This always helps create a visual and it's nice to go back and refer to them as well. The writing is super descriptive and this seems like the perfect story for those interested in American history, and more specifically the Civil War.
