The story feels like a classic in a way. There is a comfortable, timeless maturity to the writing that is really easy to read. However, I know how I get with these types of stories and I will eventually get bored, so it's not a book for me. However, those who like Historical fiction would probably really enjoy it. The cover is amazing. It makes me want to love this book, but I just know I will have issues with the book.
