I'm a sucker for a good historical fiction book, and this looks like it'll become a new favorite of mine. Upon reading the synopsis, I was hooked. I appreciate that the storyline is set around the Civil War, as not many historical fiction novels seem to be. The cover directly relates to the book as a whole, and I love the illustration.
