I really enjoyed this book initially. I felt like it was new and fresh, with a relevant topic. Some don't enjoy reading about COVID yet (too soon) but for me, it is something that we all went through, and I enjoy seeing it in my books.
I really enjoyed the first half of this book. The last half I thought was repetitive and really just boring. I didn't connect with the characters as much as I thought I was going to, and it was really difficult to care about what happened to them, ultimately.
I enjoyed the writing style, but definitely thought this book was addressed more to the younger "young adult". As a real adult, the book was repetitive and didn't hold much action. Just a lot of perseverative drama that I thought was a little immature. Definitely aimed at a much younger audience than I am.
